Legal
Terms and Conditions
The ground rules for using this website and for working with us.
1. About these terms
These terms apply to your use of the Dynabyt Technologies website and form the general basis for services provided by Dynabyt Technologies (“we”, “us”). Specific projects are governed by a written proposal, statement of work or service agreement, which prevails if it conflicts with these terms.
2. Using this website
You may browse the site and submit enquiries for lawful business purposes. You must not misuse the site, attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to it, submit false or malicious content, or use automated tools to submit the form.
3. Information on this site
We try to keep content accurate, but it is general information and not advice for your specific situation. Descriptions of services, platforms and features may change, and platform capabilities depend on the vendor, edition and your own configuration. Case studies describe the work shown and do not promise that you will obtain the same results.
4. Third-party names and platforms
HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, n8n, WordPress, Claude and other names are trademarks of their respective owners. We are an independent provider and do not claim official partnership, endorsement, certification or reseller status unless expressly stated. Third-party platforms are governed by their own terms, pricing and availability, over which we have no control.
5. Engagements and proposals
- Scope, deliverables, timeline and fees are set out in a proposal or statement of work that you approve in writing.
- Estimates depend on the information available at the time. Changes to scope may change fees and timelines, and we will agree them with you before proceeding.
- Integrations are confirmed as feasible only after we have checked the relevant APIs, permissions and limits.
6. Your responsibilities
You agree to provide timely access, information and decisions we reasonably need, to hold the rights to content and data you give us, and to maintain your own accounts, licenses and subscriptions with third-party platforms.
7. Intellectual property
Unless the agreement says otherwise, once fees for a deliverable are paid you receive the rights to use the custom work created for you. We keep our pre-existing tools, methods and general know-how, and third-party and open-source components remain under their own licenses.
8. Confidentiality and client work
We treat non-public information you share as confidential and use it only to deliver the services. We will show your work or name in our portfolio only with your approval, and may describe it anonymously where you ask.
9. Fees and payment
Fees, invoicing and payment terms are agreed in the proposal. Third-party costs such as software subscriptions, hosting and app store fees are separate unless stated otherwise.
10. Warranties and limits of liability
We perform services with reasonable skill and care. Except as stated in a written agreement, the site and its content are provided “as is”, and we do not guarantee specific business outcomes, search rankings, revenue or uninterrupted operation of third-party services. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid for the services giving rise to it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
11. Termination
Either party may end an engagement as set out in the applicable agreement. Fees for work performed up to termination remain payable.
12. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Dynabyt Technologies is registered, unless a written agreement says otherwise. Disputes will first be discussed in good faith.
14. Changes and contact
We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do. Questions: use the contact form.
