Project overview
Bess pairs topical creams and serums with oral supplements, an approach it calls inside-out. We designed and built the bilingual WordPress store around the shopper.
Business challenge
Shoppers needed to understand the inside-out idea, trust a health-adjacent brand and find the right product for their skin concern, without feeling overwhelmed. New customers needed reasons and ways to buy confidently.
Goals and requirements
Explain one idea across two kinds of product
Let people shop by concern, type, category or routine
Make credentials visible where decisions are made
Remove first-purchase friction
Proposed solution
The homepage leads with one headline and one button to the range, and a dedicated page explains how topical care and oral nutricosmetics work together. The menu offers four routes to a product, trust signals run through the site, and a slide-out cart, welcome offer, visible delivery and returns terms and ten payment options keep the path short.
Implementation process
01
Explain the idea in one glance
One clear headline and call to action, plus a page that explains the inside-out approach with cosmetics and supplements side by side.
02
Browse by what the skin needs
Menus by category, concern, product type and care protocol, with ready-made protocols as bundles.
03
Let the credentials do the talking
Formulation credentials, certification and sustainability badges, and a before-and-after slider.
04
Remove every reason to hesitate
Slide-out cart, clear sale pricing, welcome offer, visible delivery and returns terms and ten payment options.

What the team gained
The inside-out idea is clear from the first screen and carried through the store
Shoppers reach the right product by concern, type, category or complete routine
Bundles, a replenish-and-save page and a welcome offer encourage repeat and larger orders
These are qualitative benefits described by the project team. No performance or revenue figures are claimed.
